ABOUT
Abdul Abu-laban
Osteopathy BSc (Hons)
My name is Abdul and I am an Osteopath with over 17 years experience. Graduated with a BSc (Hons) from the European School of Osteopathy in 2007 I established my own practice in Aberdeen in 2015, which has maintained a fully booked schedule since its inception.

As an avid sportsman who has competed at high levels in various sports, I possess a deep understanding of sports injuries and their management processes.

My personal experience with leukaemia, diagnosed at age 11, required three years of treatment at Great Ormond Hospital. This significant life event inspired my pursuit of a career in osteopathy, driven by a desire to help others and a unique perspective as both a patient and a practitioner.

I am deeply committed to the holistic approach of osteopathy, focusing on treating the root cause rather than merely addressing symptoms. My practice primarily employs structural techniques incorporating massage to relax tissues before making any adjustments.
